How It's Made
Three Steps.
No Shortcuts.
Most screen doors are made overseas, shipped in standard sizes, and installed with whatever fits closest. SolSeen works differently. We source the raw material, cut it to your exact opening, and assemble it by hand — all within California.
The result is a door that fits perfectly, operates smoothly, and holds up for decades. No adapters, no shimming, no compromise.
Sourced
We work exclusively with certified manufacturers producing 6063-T5 aluminum alloy profiles. Every batch is checked for dimensional consistency, alloy purity, and surface quality before it enters our facility.
Alloy: 6063-T5 · Certification: ISO 9001 · Origin: Verified Suppliers
Cut
Your measurements drive every cut. We use precision saws calibrated to ±0.5mm tolerance — no rounding, no approximation. Each profile is labeled and staged for assembly immediately after cutting.
Tolerance: ±0.5mm · Custom sizing on every order · No standard sizes
Assembled
Corners are mitered and sealed. Hardware is fitted and tested for smooth operation. Every door is inspected against your order specs before it leaves our California facility.
